According to this weeks weigh-in

(drumroll)

I have lost

(ta-ta-ta-da)

150 lbs!!!!!!!

I am really glad that I learned the proper way to weigh!

OK. Truth is I lost nothing and gained nothing but this just makes me feel better about it.

My goal is to get to 140 lbs.

My current weight is 154.

I am going to walk at least 3 times this week.
